Last-Minute Appointment Deposit

The fine print:

First come, first served, as limited appointments are available (usually only 1 appointment is available)
Last-minute appointments must be prepaid for with a $100 deposit at the time of booking online, which will be deducted from your appointment price.
This appointment is only for properties within Washington, D.C.
You will be invoiced after the service, and your credit card will be charged for the appointment (minus the $100 deposit).
No refunds will be provided, but if you need to cancel, you may use your $100 credit for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
