Your cleaning appointment is confirmed!

Here’s what you need to know:

EMAIL + PHONE CONFIRMATION

By now, you will have received an email that confirms your appointment date, arrival window time, the cost of your cleaning, and any extras you have added to your service. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see this email. Our office manager will also give you a quick call to confirm the details of your booking are correct so we have everything ready for your cleaning!

ARRIVAL WINDOW

We will arrive within the 2-hour arrival window you selected for your booking (example: 8 AM - 10 AM), provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll give you a call.

CANCELLATIONS

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes at least 48 hours before your appointment’s start time to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation fee.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means if you are unhappy with your cleaning for any reason, you can let us know as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours), and we will come back to reclean any missed areas, free of charge.

BILLING

Please note that when you book with us online, we place your card on hold to ensure we are authorized to charge it after your booking. Some banks may show this temporary hold as a pending charge, however, we only charge your credit card after your cleaning has been completed.
